VERUNEL / FAQ

Questions before you start

Verunel is an automated website-analysis and reporting product. Its reports help decision-makers and developers review findings and discuss next steps for the pages analyzed.

A one-off analysis of up to 10 URLs on one domain, all standard analysis features offered by Verunel and an AI-assisted summary. It also includes a decision-maker report, a developer report, a PDF and a shareable report link. It does not create a subscription.

No. It describes the available standard checks, not unlimited page coverage. The Audit is limited to up to 10 URLs on one domain. It does not include ongoing monitoring or the separately scoped Enterprise security review.

A domain identifies a website address, such as example.com. A URL identifies a specific page address, such as https://example.com/services. Domain and URL counting follow the published rules, including the treatment of subdomains, redirects and query parameters.

Flex includes three full domain audits per month, each with an AI-assisted summary and up to 10 URLs on one domain. Use them for three different domains, three reviews of the same domain or a combination. Each new full report uses one audit. It does not include ongoing monitoring, weekly basic checks or separate non-AI checks.

Use the five monthly audits for five different domains, the same domain five times, or any combination. Each new full report uses one audit and covers up to 25 URLs on one domain. Additional audits cost €20 excluding VAT each. This is usage-based review, not a subscription to five fixed domain slots. For more than 25 URLs in an audit, contact us to agree the scope.

Yes. Audit, Flex, Agency and Enterprise each include a decision-maker report, a developer report, a PDF and a shareable report link.

No. It is a guide to the findings, not a guarantee of accuracy or a replacement for human review. Use the underlying findings and your website's context when deciding what to do.

The packages described here provide analysis and reports. Implementation work is not included unless it is separately and explicitly agreed.

No. An analysis can inform decisions, but outcomes depend on many factors. The report is not a ranking guarantee, revenue promise, security guarantee or compliance certificate.

Enterprise includes a scoped security review. Do not assume that this is a penetration test. Any testing method, authorization, access requirements and deliverables must be explicitly defined in the agreed scope.

Only submit a website if you own it or have permission to have it reviewed. Any security-review activity requires clear authorization and an agreed scope.

A page that blocks automated access, is unavailable or requires unsupported authentication may not produce a complete analysis. Review the coverage information rather than treating missing results as a pass. If a review produces no usable report, its reserved credit is released and no additional usage is charged. Partial reports clearly identify missing results.

The process is automated. You can follow progress in your portal, and when the report is ready you receive an email with the PDF report and a link to view it in the portal. Processing time depends on scope and website responsiveness, so we do not state a completion time in advance.

No weekly or continuous monitoring is included. You can enable an automatic full report each month, with AI-assisted summary, instead of starting it manually. Each generated report uses an audit. Weekly basic checks and separate non-AI checks are not included.

An additional review costs €20 excluding VAT and covers up to 10 URLs on Flex or up to 25 URLs on Agency. Confirm it before it starts and pay through Stripe; it becomes available in your portal after payment confirmation. Included reviews are used first. Your portal shows the current period’s subscription and additional-review purchases separately.

Yes. You can enable a monthly full report for your selected scope. Each generated report uses an audit, just like a new report requested manually. This does not include weekly/basic monitoring or separate non-AI checks. Review the schedule and available audits before enabling the option. An automatic report cannot incur an additional charge without your permission.

Subscriptions renew monthly. Cancellation in the portal takes effect at the end of the paid period. Regular credits do not roll over.

Reports are private by default. A sharing link opens the exact selected version, expires after seven days and can be revoked in the portal.

No. The displayed prices exclude VAT. Any applicable VAT is shown before payment.

Contact us with the website scope, the decision you need to make and any relevant constraints. We can clarify what fits the standard plans and what needs a separate agreement.
