01

Order and payment

The contract for the selected plan is formed when Stripe confirms the payment or subscription. Published prices exclude VAT; the final price, taxes, business details and payment method are shown before confirmation. Stripe is the payment and invoice authority. Invoices are available in the private portal or Stripe Customer Portal.

02

Plans and scope

“Website” means one agreed domain; “page” means an individual URL within that domain. Snapshot is a one-off review of one website and up to 10 representative pages. Monitor is billed per website per month and includes an initial review, weekly core reviews and monthly full reviews. Launch Review is a one-off review of one website, up to 25 pages and up to three approved user journeys. The agency plan includes five websites; every additional selected website is billed at the published monthly price. Exact scope, price and cadence are shown before payment.

03

Authorization and permitted use

You must have authority to approve each target and provide accurate scope information. Snapshot and Monitor require a verified e-mail and an authorization statement. Launch Review requires verified domain control. Form submissions or other side effects run only under a separate, exact and time-limited approval. Unauthorized targets, attempts to evade limits, harmful content and use intended to disrupt services are prohibited.

04

Results and limitations

Verunel delivers a private web report and associated outputs from one frozen measurement version. Results are evidence-backed technical and business signals and recommendations; they are not legal advice, penetration testing, an accredited certificate or a guarantee of business impact. Automated accessibility review is not WCAG certification. Unavailable or unverifiable data is identified as such and is not scored as zero.

05

Delivery, reruns and refunds

The expected delivery target for an initial Snapshot or Monitor report is five business days, and for Launch Review ten business days, after payment, scope and required authorization are confirmed. Snapshot and Launch Review include one recheck within 30 days of delivery. If a purchased review cannot complete because of a service fault after bounded retries, we rerun it at no charge. If delivery remains impossible, we refund or credit the affected review. This does not apply when the target website, revoked authorization, incorrect customer information or customer action prevents execution. Duplicate payments are corrected. Request cancellation of a one-off review before processing starts at support@verunel.com; once processing starts there is no automatic B2B refund right except where expressly stated or required by law.

06

Subscriptions

Monitor and Agency renew monthly until cancelled in the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Failed payment may pause new reviews and ongoing access; already frozen reports remain available within the published retention period.

07

Liability and governing law

You are responsible for valid authorization and decisions made from the report. To the extent allowed by mandatory law, total provider liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected one-off service or subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months and excludes indirect damage and lost profit. This limit does not apply to intent, gross negligence or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Slovenian law applies. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution; otherwise, the competent court in Slovenia has jurisdiction.

08

Changes and contact

The accepted version applies to the order. Material subscription changes are notified before the next period. Contact support@verunel.com for support, complaints or legal questions, and security@verunel.com for security concerns.
